Q: Can I change my shipping address or edit my order after the purchase is made?
A: If you submit your order and notice an error, contact us immediately at aipacstoresupport@dg3.com to let us know. While we can't guarantee we will be able to update your order once the order is placed, we will do our best to accommodate all changes.


Q: If an item is in my cart, but I want to change the size, what do I do?
A: Click on the picture or name of the item in your cart. It will take you back to the item. Select the size you would like and re-add the item to your cart. Then make sure to delete the original item from your cart to ensure you only have the size you want.


Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently, we only ship within the United States of America.


Q: How do I track my order?
A: After you purchase your order, you will receive a confirmation email from DG3. You will receive an additional email with shipping details once the order has shipped. 


Q: What do I do if I received the wrong item, or an item was missing?
