Refund policy

All returns are managed and handled exclusively by our merchandise vendor. AIPAC has no control over this process.

Returns may be requested within 45 days of receiving your item(s).

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received them
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and in their original packaging
  • Accompanied by the item receipt noting your AIPAC order number (example: original packing slip or printed order confirmation email)

Return Process

  1. To start a return, please contact us at storesupport@aipac.org and include your receipt in your email.
  2. Wait to ship your return item(s) until you receive email confirmation from us that your request is received. Expect a response within 24-48 hours, not including weekends, to confirm your return request. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  3. Once you receive email authorization, ship your return item(s) to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your item(s) upon receipt. If defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at storesupport@aipac.org so we can address the issue.

Exchanges
To ensure you receive the correct item(s), return the original order first by following the return process above. After the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item(s).

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at storesupport@aipac.org.
