Welcome to the website operated by THE AIPAC STORE (“Site”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to THE AIPAC STORE. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to protecting your privacy through our compliance with this policy.
This Privacy Policy identifies and describes the way we handle and protect the information you may provide when you visit this Site and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, including our Site, platform, and other online or offline offering (collectively called “Services”).

a. Information You Provide to us Directly

b. Information Collected Automatically
In addition to any information that you choose to submit to us, we collect certain information about your use of the Services and your devices. We, along with our third- party partners/vendors, may use a variety of technologies to assist in collecting this information. This information may include, without limitation:

- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Information about your operating system and browser, such as its maker or version
- The pages and content of our websites/screens that you view (including URL and screen name)

We also may use cookies to enhance your online experience by eliminating the need to log in multiple times for specific content. - Pixel Tags/Web Beacons. Pages of our Site may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs. pixel tags and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Site, for example, to count users who have visited those pages and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
- Plug-Ins: We may use plug-ins, such as Facebook or Twitter. Each plug-in is the responsibility of the plug-in provider, and we have no control over the information that the respective provider collects through its plug-in or how that provider uses such information. If you are not yet a user of the provider or have not consented to having your data collected and used by that provider, you should not click on those plug-ins. If you are already a user of the plug-in provider, you should refer directly to the relevant provider for information on the kind of personal data that the provider collects and uses, and for what purposes.
- Embedded Scripts: An embedded script is programming code that collects information about your use of and interactions with the Services.
- Do-Not-Track: Some web browsers have settings that enable you to request that we do not track your movement within our Site. “Do-Not-Track” is an optional browser setting that allows you to express your preferences regarding tracking by advertisers and other third parties. We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track signals. We currently do not respond to “Do-Not-Track” signals. However, this does not change our compliance in any other way with our Privacy Policy.
- Third-Party Advertising: We may work with third-party service providers to target advertisements and outreach to you based on your preferences or other information, in some cases combining data we collect from you through online cookies and other technologies with other de-identified data (such as a hashed, non-readable email or postal address). In addition, we may use third-party service providers to display content-specific advertisements to you after you have left our Sites when you go to other websites. These third-party service providers may use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to tailor advertisements to interests shown by browsing our Sites or other by visiting other websites. We do not control the third-party service providers' tracking technologies or how they may be used. The collection of your information or use of technologies by third-party service providers are subject to those third-parties’ privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy. - Social Media Platforms. Our Services may contain social media buttons (that might include widgets such as the “share this” button or other interactive mini programs). These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Services, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with these platforms are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
c. Information Collected from Other Sources.
We may obtain information about you from other sources, including through third-party services and organizations. For example, if you access our Services through a third-party application, such as an app store, a third-party login service, or a social networking site, we may collect information about you from that third-party application that you have made available via your privacy settings.

Our primary purpose in collecting and using your personal information is to provide you with a safe, efficient, and customized website experience.
In addition, we use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us for certain purposes.
- Operational Purposes. This includes Technologies that allow you access to our Services, applications, and tools that are required to identify irregular website behavior, prevent fraudulent activity and improve security or that allow you to make use of our functionality.
- Business Purposes/Performance Related: We collect your information to: (a) present our Site and its content to you and tailor its overall experience; (b) improve the content, operation, appearance, and utility of the Site; (c) troubleshoot and resolve technical Site issues; (d) gather demographic data; and (e accomplish other administrative tasks.

- Affiliates: We may share your information, including PII, with organizations affiliated with AIPAC.
- Aggregate/De-Identified Data: We may aggregate and/or de-identify any information collected through the Services so that such information can no longer be linked to you or your device (“Aggregate/De-Identified Information”). We may use Aggregate/De-Identified Information for any purpose, including for research and marketing purposes, and may also share such data with any third parties.
- Legal Compliance: We also reserve the right to disclose your information in good faith as required by law, in response to legal process including law enforcement requests and where needed to prevent fraud and to protect the safety, property, or legal rights of users or our affiliates. We may also disclose your information to manage and protect our information technology infrastructure and security. We may also disclose your information for any other purpose with your consent. We may share non-PII at any time for any purpose.
- Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, purchase or sale of assets, or transition of service to another provider, your information may be sold or transferred as part of such a transaction, as permitted by law and/or contract.
4. ACCESSING, CORRECTING, OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION
We strive to keep all personal information accurate and complete. You are always fully in control of the information that we maintain to service you. You can change your personal information at any time and as often as necessary. You can also request that information be deleted. Information may be withheld or exempted from deletion if this is required by law or is part of a fraud investigation, or as otherwise as described above in the Use of Information section.
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Site.
You may also send us an e-mail at membership@aipac.org to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
When we receive any request to access, edit or delete personally identifiable information, we will first take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or otherwise taking any action. This is important to safeguard your information.
5. PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We believe the security of your information is a serious issue and we are committed to protecting the information we receive from you. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect against the loss, unauthorized access, use, alternation, and disclosure of your information under our control. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure/
No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Although we take precautions to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.
You should note that the security of your personal information also depends on you. Please do not communicate any information to us through unsecured channels, such as when you are in public areas.
6. PROTECTING THE INFORMATION OF CHILDREN
Our site is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to or on the Site.
Even though this Site is not designed for use by anyone under the age of 18, we realize that a child may attempt to access this Site. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from a child. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information. 7. FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS:
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year. To make such a request, please contact us using the method provided in the “Contacting Us” section below. We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law.
8. CHANGING OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this Site so our users are always aware of what information we collect, use, and disclose. In all cases, your continued use of this Site after any change to this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
